These Terms apply to the MomentumGrow website and platform, operated by Santosh Choudhari, Pune, India ("MomentumGrow", "we", "us"). By using them, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
MomentumGrow is a software platform for Indian futures and equity markets that currently provides:
- Paper trading: simulated orders (Market, Limit, SL, SL-M), positions and a virtual wallet using virtual money only.
- Market charts with technical indicators, and watchlists.
- Live mark-to-market tracking of simulated positions.
Features such as strategy building, backtesting and screeners are under development and may be added later. The service is currently a free beta and may change, be interrupted or contain errors.
Not investment advice: MomentumGrow is a technology tool. We are not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser, Research Analyst, Portfolio Manager or stock broker. Nothing on the platform is investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security.
2. Simulated Results
Paper trading and any backtest or forward-test results are hypothetical. Simulated fills may differ from real market fills, and past or simulated performance does not guarantee future results. Real trading involves substantial risk of loss.
3. No Funds Held
MomentumGrow does not accept, hold or manage any user money or securities. All balances shown in the platform are virtual.
4. Accounts & Acceptable Use
- Keep your login details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- Do not misuse the service, attempt to break it, scrape it or resell access.
- We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
5. Pricing
The platform is free during beta. If we introduce paid plans, we will announce pricing in advance, and you can choose whether to subscribe.
6. Trademarks & Data
NSE, BSE, MCX and TradingView are trademarks of their respective owners. MomentumGrow is an independent software provider and is not affiliated with them.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, MomentumGrow is not liable for any trading losses or decisions you make based on the platform.
