MomentumGrow ("we", "us", "our") is an early-stage software startup founded by Santosh Choudhari and based in Pune, India. We operate a paper trading and forward-testing platform for Indian futures and equity markets at momentumgrow.in. This policy explains what information we collect and how we handle it.

What We Collect

• Account & contact information: your name and email address when you request beta access, create an account or contact us.
• Paper trading activity: the watchlists you create and the simulated orders, positions and virtual wallet balances in your account. No real money is involved.
• Usage data: standard technical data such as browser type, device, pages visited and error logs, used to keep the platform fast and reliable.
• Broker connection (future feature): if we later offer an optional broker connection, authentication will happen through your broker's own login. We will never ask for or store your trading password, PIN or 2FA codes.

How We Use It

• To create and run your account and provide the paper trading features.
• To send you service emails such as beta invites, important updates and replies to your messages.
• To fix bugs, understand which features are used and improve the product.
• To comply with applicable Indian law.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share data only with:

• Infrastructure providers: cloud hosting, database and email services that process data on our behalf.
• Authorities: where legally required under Indian law.

Retention & Your Rights

We keep your data while your account is active and delete it on request. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing us with the subject "Privacy request".
